Sage Oil Vac Product Line

All Sage Oil Vac products are operated with our patented vacuum and pressure process. An electric or diesel powered air compressor is used to create vacuum in the used oil tank. With the Dipstick Suction Kit, used oil is vacuumed directly from the engine. Oil can also be drained into our 17 gallon drain and vacuumed into the used oil tank from the drain pan. Next, the new fluid tank is pressurized to refill the engine with new oil. Electronic, preset meters can be used to refill the engine and automatically shut off when the appropriate amount of oil has been dispensed. Sage Oil Vac recommends the following products for those starting a mobile oil change business.

60 Series

20030 Skid

The 20030 features a 30 gallon used oil tank and a 30 gallon new oil tank. This is the most basic system, but an excellent option for those just starting a business.

20060 Skid

This model features a 60 gallon new fluid tank and a 60 gallon used fluid tank.

20363 Skid

This model features a 60 gallon used oil tank and two 30 gallon new fluid tanks. If you know right away that you will be offering 2 different fluids, this product is the perfect choice.

10060 Trailer Model

The trailer model (10060) has a DOT light package and heavy-duty safety chains. The trailer features 3500 lb. rubber torsion non-braked axle and 14” tires.

Note: 60 Series models come standard with hose wraps. Hose reels are an upgrade and must be requested.

Pro Series

21060 Skid

This model features a 60 gallon used fluid tank and three 20 gallon new fluid tanks. If you need to carry more than one type of oil, this skid model is a great option. All skid models fit in the back of a standard pick-up bed.

21080 Skid

This unit features an 80 gallon used oil tank and four 30 gallon new fluid tanks. This model will let you go longer between fill-ups and allow you to offer up to 4 different fluids. The spring retractable hose reels are color-coded to the tanks to insure against refilling an engine with the wrong fluid.

UFR All Sage Oil Vac models come standard with our Used Filter Receptacle which allows used filters to be stored upside down in a weather-tight box. The used oil that collects in the receptacle can be vacuumed in to the used oil tank.

beryl straw The Barrel Straw is standard with all models and is used to vacuum new fluids into the new fluid tank(s). The Barrel Straw eliminates the need to mess with bottles or jugs and allows the user to purchase bulk oil from a distributor. A newly designed control panel is now standard on all skid units and allows for easy operation.
