New Product releases

The new Sage Oil Vac Lube Truck Beds can fit on the back of Class V-VII trucks and have numerous tank sizes and configurations. One new product tank is heated for added convenience.  Fuel tanks range from 500-1,000 gallons and have a 50 foot hose and a hydraulic pumping system.  The Sage Oil Vac Lube Truck Beds also feature a 120-pound 50:1 grease system with 50 foot hose and hose reel.  A 10 gallon drain pan is included for non-quick connect applications.  Rollup doors are standard on the split reel cabinets that house 50 foot hoses on spring retractable hose reels and preset digital meters.  Sage Oil Vac’s patented Used Filter Receptacle™ and Filter Stinger™ are standard with all Sage Oil Vac models.  The 51SLT features an 8HP electric start gas air compressor, while the 71SLT operates with a hydraulically driven 40cfm reciprocating compressor.

The Sage Oil Vac Lube Truck Beds feature our patented ‘No Pumps’ process of vacuuming used fluids and pressurizing the fresh fluid tanks.  A rear mounted Control Panel is located in one reel cabinet; all controls and valves for creating vacuum and pressure are located on the panel.  The Control Panel minimizes the need to climb up into the truck bed.  Underbody boxes provide storage space and are lockable.  Work lights located on the reel cabinets and in the storage boxes allow for after-dark maintenance routines.
