JOB DESCRIPTION
A. Purpose and Scope
Work directly with Engineer Lead, Lube Truck Product Manager and other designated company stakeholders on products and processes. Prepare detailed models and drawings of machinery and mechanical devices, including dimensions, fastening methods, and other engineering information. Produce Drawings for Sales as well as production drawings. Work with vendors to source materials needed to complete custom designed systems. Provide support to Engineering department by prompt and accurate completion of specific tasks as given by the Engineering Manager.
B. Essential Functions
- Review and analyze specifications, sketches, drawings, ideas, and related data to assess factors affecting component designs and the procedures and instructions to be followed.
- Work with Purchasing and Production manager on researching and securing inputs for custom designs.
- Work with assigned team on developing Part numbering strategies and maintaining integrity of the Part Numbering system.
- Assist with the design of Bill of Materials [BOM] for finished goods and other parts.
- Work with customers, as needed, to review schematics and answer questions pertaining to installation of systems.
- Upload all plasma files and brake programming to the fab area for a specific unit.
- Complete ECR’s and update obsolete or incorrect files.
- Other duties as assigned.
C. Specific Tasks for Position
- Position instructions and comments onto drawings.
- Coordinate with and consult other workers to design, lay-out, or detail components and systems and to resolve design or other problems.
- Develop detailed design drawings and specifications for mechanical equipment, dies, tools, and controls, using computer-assisted drafting (CAD) equipment.
- Modify and revise designs to correct operating deficiencies or to reduce production problems.
- Determine materials to be used and assign numbers to the materials.
- Design inputs to be used on our finished goods such as cabinet skins, boxes, metal fabricated tanks etc.
- Create designs and approve drawings for pressure vessel tanks used on products.
- Lay-out, draw, and reproduce illustrations for reference manuals and technical publications to describe operation and maintenance of mechanical systems.
- Complete MRP activities in WorkWise including Bill of Materials and Routers
D. JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Education and Training: Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Technical Certificate in Design Engineering or Related Field.
Experience: Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a manufacturing or Engineering setting.
Technical Skills: 3D Cad Design, SolidWorks, Inventor or Similar.

JOB TITLE: AT Welder Helper
DEPARTMENT: Amarillo Tanks
REPORTS TO: AT Production Supervisor
CLASSIFICATION: Non-Exempt
A. Position Summary
Responsible for various types of weld preparation, welding, and weld finishing operations to manufacture product to customer drawings, specifications, or other forms of instruction.
B. Essential Duties and Responsibilities
The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:
- Knowledge in assigned welding techniques.
- Interpretation of mechanical drawings, including weld requirement symbolism.
- Knowledge of wire and filler materials applications for various steel alloys, aluminum, and some exotic materials.
- Conventional and precision in assisting with measuring instruments.
- Welding equipment maintenance assistance.
- Assist in finish grinding applications using manual and power tools.
- Safety and Housekeeping.
- Other duties as assigned by the area supervisor.
C. Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities)
- High School diploma, or equivalent
- One-year experience in various forms of welding
D. Job Requirements:
Education and Training: Candidate should have a basic welding aptitude. Prefer 2-year degree from Technical/Vocational School
E. Work Environment

The employee works near moving mechanical parts, welding areas, and other heavy machinery. The factory experiences significant swings in temperatures from cold to hot depending on time of year. A. Position Summary
The Sales Representative is responsible for building relationships with individuals and companies in the community in order to sell the company’s products and services and reach internal sales goals. This position will also contribute to developing and implementing sales strategies.
B. Essential Duties and Responsibilities

- Creating awareness and demand for the company products and services.
- Identifying potential opportunities and effectively communicating benefits and opportunities available to meet needs and interests.
- Maintaining communications with internal personnel to ensure efforts are in line with objectives.
- Identifying prospective customers by using business directories, following leads from existing customers, participating in organizations and clubs, and attending trade shows and conferences.
- Calling on prospective customers, providing technical and administrative product information and quoting appropriate customer prices.

JOB DESCRIPTION:
A. Purpose and Scope:
Under the direction of the Parts & Customer Service Manager this position will interact with customers to provide information in response to inquiries about finished goods, parts, and services. The Parts & Customer Service Representative will be responsible for handling and resolving incoming customer complaints.
B. Specific Tasks for Position
- Take customer service calls and work with customer to resolve issues and system problems.
- Proactively contact customers who leave voicemails or send emails in response to inquiries to notify them of solutions to operational issues, warranty solutions or other appropriate actions.
- Refer unresolved customer grievances to Customer Service Manager for further investigation and resolution.
- Check to ensure that appropriate changes were made to resolve customers’ problems.
- Keep records of customer interactions and transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, and comments, as well as actions taken.
- Occasional sales interactions and handling.
- Respond to phone calls, data-posts, and other inquiries regarding finished goods equipment sales.
- Take sales calls that come into the office requesting parts.
- Prepare quotes as needed for parts and finished goods equipment sales inquiries.
- Solicit sale of new or additional services or products to any customers that are assisted with customer service issues.
- Assist walk-in customers with part sales.
- Occasional travel.
- Pulls and ships parts.
- Assembles parts needed for shipments.
- Maintain the parts area.
- Assist in inventory counts and stock levels.

C. Job Requirements
Education and Training: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Agricultural Business & Economics or related field Preferred. High School diploma required.
Experience: 2 to 3 years minimum experience in a customer service role.
Technical Requirements: Proficient in Excel with the ability to learn proprietary software.
Certificates, Licenses & Registrations: Willingness to acquire CDL.
