VacBuilt systems are assembled at our factory and ready to roll when they arrive.

The first offering in the lineup is a waste oil tank, offering flexibility for service technicians who don’t require a new bulk oil tank when completing preventive maintenance on vehicles and heavy equipment. VacBuilt systems were named one of Construction Equipment’s Top 100 New Products of 2024 for their innovation and impact on the mobile lube service industry. The VacBuilt line will continue to grow with larger-capacity tanks and other service options.

Our lineup is engineered to streamline mobile maintenance on tight jobsites and in urban environments, delivering all the benefits of our exclusive pump-free technology in a compact footprint.

Sage Oil Vac lube vans are a ready-to-use mobile service solution featuring up to 90 gallons of capacity for new oil, up to 60 gallons of capacity for used oil, individual control panels, continuous LED fluid level monitors and a bulk fill station. The enclosed cargo space offers storage space and an advantage in cold weather. Technicians can access everything they need via the van’s side door, simplifying the maintenance process. Meanwhile, the smaller size of a lube van provides better fuel efficiency compared to even non-CDL lube trucks.

Sage Oil Vac lube trucks and lube bodies are designed to help operators make the most efficient use of their time. The evolution of our fuel and lube service truck and lube body products is directly tied to changes in the workforce and the many challenges of maintenance service providers around the country.

FUEL AND LUBE TRUCK BODY OPTIONS

• Fuel and lube body. Store large capacities of off-road diesel and oil. Use your lube service truck as a primary fueler with the ability to top off oil and grease all in one vehicle.
• Lube-only body. Store large capacities of maintenance oils. Complete 2,000-hour services in the field requiring large oil volumes.
• Enclosed body. Conceal equipment and heat enclosure for increased performance. Bonus: This option leaves more room for branded marketing on the side of your truck.
• Open body. Save money with an open body with side walls. This economical option also offers the ability to brand wall panels.

Keep your shop clean and pristine with the addition of a Sage Oil Vac lube cart. Our line of lube carts eliminates the need for centralized lube systems that are expensive to install within a building and have extensive upkeep. With four different series of lube carts to choose from, it will be easy to find the perfect fit for your maintenance operation.

Each model offers capabilities to evacuate used oils and complete full fluid exchanges. Tank quantities range from 20-120 gallons and are built with heavy duty casters for easy rolling on concrete. Filter and reuse maintenance fluids, like antifreeze, with one of our smaller recycler carts — it can add up to huge savings.  For even more convenience, our delivery lube cart series is very similar to the evacuation and recycler lube carts, but offers the added ability to hold fresh maintenance fluids. Sage Oil Vac fuel and lube trailers are a solid investment for frequent on-site or in-field oil changes. By eliminating the need to transport large equipment to the shop for simple lube maintenance, your operation can save time and increase productivity with a mobile oil change trailer. Plus, fuel and lube trailers are a much lower investment option than a dedicated lube service truck, with the added capability of being transferable between fleet vehicles.

Every Sage Oil Vac lube trailer houses our patented, pump-free, low-maintenance fluid exchange system which can dispense and drain oil using vacuum technology. Sage Oil Vac offers fuel and lube trailers for preventive maintenance (PM) or heavy jobsite-ready options. Our trailers have the ability to be equipped with a large range of tank sizes and capacities. From two 80-gallon tanks or a tri-axle 21,000-GVWR trailer with oil capacities of over 1,000 gallons, we can find the right fit for your needs.
