Description
The Sage Oil Vac non-CDL open lube body is perfect for preventive maintenance on all types of equipment, from dozers and excavators to rental generators. The onboard Sage Oil Vac system includes five fresh product tanks — one 120-, two 80- and two 60-gallon tanks.
With a non-CDL open lube body, technicians can vacuum-fill product tanks from a bulk fill panel on the driver’s side. LED fluid level indicators and controls near the reel cabinet give operators a better picture of current capacity as they work.
These new non-CDL lube bodies are constructed with a steel subframe and aluminum cabinets and components to optimize weight savings. A four-drawer mechanics drawer set offers efficient tool storage, while the enclosed sides offer a great branding opportunity for owners.
This unit comes standard with Sage Oil Vac innovations like:
– Filter Stinger™: A hose attachment designed to puncture used filters still on equipment and vacuum oil out before removal.
– Used Filter Receptacle™ (UFR): A secure, leak-proof holding tank for discarded filters that allows technicians to vacuum any remaining used oil into the onboard tank.
